Blind Babies

Our Blind Babies Program provides early intervention services to families and their children with visual impairments from birth through age three or five (depending on when they enter the school system).

Services include:

Our current Early Intervention Specialists have been working with the ISAVE program and have seen progress in the following:

Currently our program works with children birth to three years of age, teaching them skills needed to enter a pre-k program through their local school district.

We focus on concepts and skills such as fine motor, gross motor, social and emotional, cognitive, and communication.

Our goal is to prepare low vision and blind children to be at the same level as their age-appropriate peers upon entering a formal education program.

*85% of what we learn is through our vision, it is imperative these children receive these services to ensure they are successful in the future.
